Response DOFs of solid-porous I and J matrices.

The I or J matrix of Allard interface formulation are no real response DOF. Their main use is to define the row of the matrices in the global system.

Due to the face that I and J are interchanged in case of a porous-solid connection the ‘complicated layer’ determines the response DOFs.
